Commercial, HOA & apartment landscape maintenance in Austin
Scheduled service, irrigation reporting and clear, written bids from a team that understands how property management works.
We know what it takes to maintain a property to your standard
Our team has worked side by side with apartment community managers and regional managers, and we built Shiloh around what they need: consistency, communication and no surprises.
We’re a full-service company with maintenance, construction and irrigation crews, so routine care, irrigation repair and enhancements all come from one accountable team, across Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park and the surrounding communities. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not a one-season contract.

Apartment & multifamily landscaping
Apartment landscaping has to look right for residents and prospects every day, not just on service day.
Our team has worked side by side with community and regional managers, so our multifamily programs are built around how apartment communities actually run: scheduled visits, clean breezeways and parking areas, and monthly irrigation checks with findings sent to you electronically.
- Clippings and debris blown from sidewalks, curbs, parking islands and first-floor breezeways
- Entrance, leasing-area and pool-area beds kept clean, with renovations available as written bids
- Seasonal color, property-wide mulch and winter rye quoted separately, so you control the budget
- Set up in the vendor portals property management companies use, including RealPage, Yardi and NetVendor
- Acquisitions and takeovers: we walk and evaluate the property and give you a full breakdown of what it needs

HOA landscape maintenance
Entrances and common areas are the first thing residents and visitors see. We keep them consistent on a set schedule.
HOA landscape maintenance works best when the manager and the board know exactly what is included and what it costs. Every agreement is written around your community, and anything outside it gets its own written proposal that is approved before we start.
- Entrances, common areas and amenity grounds mowed, edged, trimmed and blown on a set visit schedule
- Weed control in beds, curbs and natural areas, plus scheduled cut-backs of native grasses
- Field mowing and retention-area work, quoted as separate written bids
- Low limbs pruned over sidewalks and roadways, with tree assessments and site reports when needed
- Irrigation repair, controller diagnostics and monthly irrigation reports on maintenance agreements
- Priority severe-weather clean-up for contract customers whenever crews can safely reach the property

Commercial landscaping for business properties
Clean, consistent grounds tell tenants and customers the property is well run.
Our commercial landscaping programs give offices, storefronts and other commercial properties in the Austin area scheduled, predictable service, with one team handling routine maintenance, irrigation repair, enhancements and hardscape and drainage fixes.
- Scheduled mowing, edging, trimming and blowing, including 26- and 44-visit programs
- Walks, curbs and parking islands kept clear of clippings and debris
- Shrub pruning, bed weed control, fertilization and fire-ant treatment
- Bed renovations, seasonal color and mulch, with renderings available for design projects
- Channel drains, paver walkways and other drainage and hardscape repairs
- Insurance certificates provided on contract execution and submitted through your compliance platform
