Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shiloh Landscapes LLC website at shilohlandscapes.com and our related online tools. By using the site or tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our website
The website describes landscape maintenance, irrigation, design, installation, and related services for the Greater Austin area. Content is for general information. Quotes and proposals are provided separately in writing. Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a contract until both parties agree in writing to a scope and price.
Bid Builder and QuickBooks
Bid Builder is an internal business application for authorized Shiloh Landscapes staff to prepare proposals. It is not a consumer product. Staff may connect Bid Builder to QuickBooks Online so approved bid details (such as customer or job name, service address, and line totals) can be used to create invoices. Use of Bid Builder and any QuickBooks connection must follow Shiloh Landscapes policies and Intuit’s terms for QuickBooks. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.
For Intuit app listing purposes, these Terms also serve as the end-user terms for Bid Builder when it is used with QuickBooks Online.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or tools, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape content in a way that harms the site, or submit false information through our forms.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Shiloh Landscapes LLC or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Disclaimer
The website and Bid Builder are provided “as is.” We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every online description matches a future written proposal. Landscape work is governed by the signed proposal or service agreement for that job, not by these website Terms alone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shiloh Landscapes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Bid Builder. Our total liability related to the website or Bid Builder will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where the law does not allow that limit. This section does not change any separate written contract for landscape services.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
